Hi :), we're Martina and Sandra (my mom and boss :)). My mom and dad decided to open our Centro Colore Casa shop 40 years ago, back in 1987 in the historic center of a small town in Emilia Romagna, CREVALCORE, in the province of Bologna.

We started out as a hardware store; initially we sold paint and made custom frames.

Over the years we continued to make custom frames and began selling fine art for adults but also for schools!!

In 1996 we decided to make an investment and move the store to the Crevalcore 2 shopping center, also in Crevalcore.

We went from having a 40m2 shop and one window display to having a 110m2 shop and 3 windows.

My mother always tells me that at the beginning the shop was empty, they had nothing to put in it :))).

Unfortunately, in 2012, Crevalcore was hit by two earthquakes that struck Emilia Romagna. It was traumatic, but thankfully, the shop did not suffer any structural damage.

Martina and I have been officially working in our shop with my mom since 2012!! I immediately tried to make my contribution. I like to understand which products to include in our shop when I go to other cities. And so I started doing it :). Initially, we introduced the Italian home fragrance company Millefiori Milano, then Egan, a home decor company. Then it was Baci Milano's turn, also a home accessories company, and finally, after a very long courtship, YANKEE CANDLE, a leading scented candle company!!

We are now a fully-fledged official Yankee Candle retailer, and who knows what the future holds...:)
